The NOMY Token will be publicly offered by Nomy Finance to users of the Nomy platform as part of its structured token distribution strategy.

The NOMY Token does not confer any contractual rights or claims that entitle holders to receive payments, dividends, or any form of financial compensation. It does not represent ownership in Nomy Finance or any other legal entity, nor does it provide equity-like or debt-like interest.

Additionally, NOMY Token holders cannot request an exchange or redemption of its monetary value from Nomy Finance or any affiliated entity. The token’s primary function is to facilitate access to platform services, ecosystem incentives, and loyalty benefits within Nomy Finance.
