This document, along with the rights and obligations of participants and Nomy Finance as the issuer, is governed exclusively by the laws of Anjouan. The application of International Private Law and the UN Sales Convention is expressly excluded.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or related to the public offering of the Nomy Token shall be Anjouan, unless this conflicts with mandatory legal provisions in the jurisdiction where the participant has their principal residence.
